This new platform—“The Thrill of What’s Next”—has become a core element of Netflix’s brand strategy, uniting the company’s ever-expanding universe of streaming, gaming, and sports offerings.

“The Thrill of What’s Next” has proven to be a powerful and flexible, finding its voice not only in brand marketing, but also in the latest iteration of the famous Netflix Culture Memo.
